The St. Charles Rifle Range (SCRR) is currently off limits to civilian target rifle shooters, including MPRA members, until further notice; due to enforcement of tighter security controls around DND’s CFB Winnipeg properties.  The MPRA apologizes for the inconvenience but should the situation change, the website will be updated.
